Love the design and final product however it is probably better weighted as it doesn't stay upright on its own
I found the whole experience from ordering to receiving the bear as very easy. The only thing I would say is I would have liked an email to let me know how progress was going with its making.

The ordering process was so easy. Everything explained clearly. I used the express service which was very much worth the extra. The finished teddy was amazing and they listened to our request to use specific bits. The team matched fabric patterns perfectly which made the end product look high quality.
