I am really happy with my cushion although I would have liked to have had the Terry lining and a pocket lncluded in the cushion. Maybe I should have requested this but all in all my purchase is very well made

The bears that I had made were gifts for my 2 daughters for christmas. They are absolutely perfect. They have movable arms and legs and are just perfect. They are a gift to my girls to remember their bamp who sadly passed away on June. I'm sure they are going to love them after a few tears are shed. Perfect gift perfect service.x

I purchased two Original Memory Bears for me and my sister made with my mums favourite tops. I added in embroidery and sound hearts to put my mums voice on which is so simple to do. This was a gift for my 90 year old father after the family dog passed away. It is so special. When it arrived and I opened it, I cried because it was everything I was expecting and more. Every detail I asked for was listened to. Needless to say my dad cried too when I presented it to him.

Ordering five bears i have to say did worry me at the start. But wow each bear arrived in his own little cotton bag and taking a peak inside the first bag i feel in love instantly. The thoughtful way in which the items of clothing I send was amazing. I cant thank you all enough and each bear will be given as a gift to her five grandchildren and will be loved and cherished.
