My lovely Mum had passed away and sending off her clothes and putting my trust into LKC was scary I was so worried I hadn't done the right thing. All I can say is I was overwhelmed with the Memory Bears, they were so beautiful and crafted so well they were stunning and so so special. I am seriously considering making some more I am so happy with them. I would encourage anybody who is grieving to make their own Memory Bear it really is a comfort.

The ordering process was so easy. Everything explained clearly. I used the express service which was very much worth the extra. The finished teddy was amazing and they listened to our request to use specific bits. The team matched fabric patterns perfectly which made the end product look high quality. We are so pleased and thankful for the care taken with such a special memory bear (monkey).

Wanted a keepsake to give as a gift, made from my late Dad's coat. I wasn't sure it would be suitable but had a lovely chat with the team and I was able to send it in. The bear they returned was beautiful and my brother was overwhelmed. Such a wonderful way to keep cherished items.

I emailed with my exact description of what I wanted from different t shirts ect for each bear and they emailed me back to check that I was happy before they made the bears, its touches like that that make you order from companies and return to order in the future. I absolutely love them all and I’m sure my girls will love them too when they get them for Christmas. Thank you.

I ordered 3 bears made from my late husband’s clothes 😔🙏🏼 one for me and one each for my girls, I cried when i opened them 🙏🏼 I absolutely love them and I’m sure my girls will too when then get them for Christmas. Such a lovely company too 🙏🏼 I emailed over the exact details that I wanted which parts of which shirts ect to use on each bear, they emailed back just to confirm my order was correct before they made the bears. Have done a fantastic job of making a blanket from my mum and dads clothes, sent in a few different types of fabrics and dealt with them all brilliant even keeping things like pockets etc on them which is a lovely touch. Thank you it will be treasured.
