I did get a little impatient having to wait 7 weeks for my bear but the customer service team were great and informed me when asked. My bear was worth the wait, its better than I anticipated

I purchased the bear at the end of March and it arrived in June. This took a little longer than expected but it is completely justified when you see the finished product; it’s perfect. The company rang me early on to check spelling and then got back to me extremely quickly when I had a question about shipping. I’d highly recommend their service and I will be definitely using them again if we have baby n.o 2!
