When I ordered, I thought I'd be waiting until closer to Christmas in the busy period. The LKC team communicated with me to let me know when the fabrics arrived, when the keepsake was being made and when it dispatched and got delivered. Really very good service.

My memory bear is a treasure, easy to purchase with clear instructions. Arrived in his own protective sack it was an emotional unwrapping. Having lost both my parents this year having something of theirs to hold and to have as a visual reminder means more than I can say. Beautiful workmanship. Thank you.

It’s much bigger than I had expected and the quality is just amazing!
I had my sons red arrow suit that I wanted made into something special for my Dad for Christmas. After being diagnosed with cancer I knew I had to have it made into something that he could cherish and help him through the tough times. I got in contact with love keep create to ensure this is something they could do. They emailed back very quickly to say they’d be able to use the flying suit to make a cushion. I wasn’t sure on the ordering process but they informed me on what actions to take to successfully order my cushion. After posting the flying suit I was kept up to date on when they had received it and then when it was being dispatched. On the day of delivery I was given an hours time slot and the process could not of been anymore professional and efficient. On opening the package I was overjoyed and absolutely thrilled to see the final result. The size and quality of the cushion was absolutely incredible, all the important details of the flying suit were kept on the cushion and it’s a gift that will forever be cherished. Thank you so so much, you have such talent and have made me a very happy customer. I will be back and will be recommending you.
I ordered the memory quilt with the option to let Love Keep Create choose the backing colour and the colour for the written panel because I thought the experts would know what would look best with the items we sent. They are not the colours I would have chosen but are great so I am glad I went with this option. The quality of the finished product is fantastic and included the different textures (bows, pockets, buttons) so well that they are subtle. There are a lot of companies out there offering this type of service and it is very hard to decide who to trust with your precious items, but I thoroughly recommend Love Keep Create and would use them again in a heartbeat!
The website was very easy to navigate and lead me through each step with ease. It gave options including let We Create decide, it gave quantity of clothing suggestions and it gave me the option to send the items myself or for We Create to arrange a courier - nothing could have been easier! We received email updates to reassure me that our clothing had been received and when the finished product was being returned (with a tracking number).
