Instructions were easy to follow on how many items to send and how to send them. Delivery was on time - they advise how long it will take when ordering so you know when to expect it! Kept up to date via email as to when it was coming. Item is fantastic, decent quality, creative and plenty of stuffing to make it super cuddly! We love both of the items we have and would recommend to anyone for a sentimental gift!
The item is so much bigger than we expected! We love it! It’s put together so well and there is plenty of stuffing to make it full and cuddly! We sent in an item of clothing which had a foxes face on it and it was what our daughter wore when we took her home from hospital - we LOVE how the team has cut it out and used it in our Cat so it’s like he’s wearing a badge… fantastic imagination from the team and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out!

Our Cat arrived and we absolutely love it, the team have gone above and beyond with how they have put the pieces of clothing together! We now have one for our boy (who was born 5lb 13 so the clothes we sent in were tiny!) and he’s now 4, and one for our daughter who is almost 2 - perfect keepsakes for us and then when they’re older!
Was a bit surprised how big the squares are. Maybe I should have looked at the size. Got used to now. Just wished they were just a bit smaller.

Service very good, although it took 5 weeks to receive the item you can see it has been made with a lot of skill; thought and care. Excellent instructions for packing up clothes to send off. Embroidery on the monkey is excellent.
A friend recommended your company after having some memory teddies made for her own children. I had been keeping back my favourite items of baby clothes for both of my boys - ages 3 and 7 months old. I am absolutely blown away with the quality of the product. Each item of clothing has been used perfectly, taking into account colour and style. I honestly can’t recommend Love Keep Create enough. They have made a beautiful dog teddy for my daughter out of her new born baby clothes that we are able to keep forever. I ordered a bear 5 years ago when my eldest finished primary school and loved the quality and attention to detail so much that I had to order her a senior school leaver bear plus a primary leaver bear for my youngest. I submitted a photo of the original bear so that the youngest could have a matching one just with her school years embroidery differing on the foot. The team made a lovely match. Both girls loved their bears and have beautiful keepsakes to remind them of their school years.
