Sent of material to be used by post on Friday and was emailed to let me know it had arrived safely on the Monday we asked for 1 week express as was sending it out to Australia we were emailed on the Thursday to say it was on its way we couldn't believe it .It arrived Friday morning by courier great service kept us well informed and up to date well packed and came in its own we cotton bag
Very well made and excellent finishes you just couldn't buy any better than this was very well pack came with its own we cotton bag we asked for the one with a voice box so you can record your own message inside I am sending this beautiful Tartan Bear which was made from one of my late mothers Blazers she used to wear when she visited my sister in Australia and with the voice box we were able to record my mother saying I Love You from a video that we had so it all brought a few tears and I can imagine my sister will be the same when she receives this as a special 70th Birthday present again we can't thank lovekeepcreate.co enough for the care and attention to detail it was exactly what we want and a great price for the work that has been put into making our special Bear

I absolutely love my memory blanket, I wonderful way to see my mum's loved clothes everyday, instead of them being sorted in a box.
Really simple to use website. I thought sending in the clothes would be difficult but love keep create have thought of everything.
I bought 8 bears for my cousins and their children after my Uncle sadly died. I used the fast track service as I was on a time frame. So easy and reassuring that the clothing was absolutely delivered where it should be. The same for the bears when delivered back to me. Oh my goodness these bears are just incredible. I couldn’t be happier with them. They are all different but they have all had the same love and attention in making them. The attention to detail has been noted. Logos from shirts are placed perfectly, the little buttons used for the arms and legs and the bag they come in, so simple but just perfectly placed. I love that LKC even say upon delivery to contact them again in case they have material left over and could make another one. So that what I did and I could have 1 more bear made. Personally I didn’t like the thought of my uncles clothes being discarded and every inch has been used for 9 bears out of 7 items of clothing. This is such a special service and LKC have made something I know my family will treasure. Cannot thank you all enough and cannot recommend your wonderful company enough. Thanks so much. .
