So so happy with the finished product, it means so much to me to have the clothing my baby wore as a beautiful keepsake. So special.
10/10 kept upto date throughout the whole process from receiving my items to letting me know when you had started to returning the finished product.
Great service once again, regular contact and updates and advice given. The only issue I had was with the delivery company (out with your control).

When I did finally receive my Love to create Elephant it was perfect. (I did however experience trouble with my delivery the company used DPD didn't deliver to the correct address and left my Elephant parcel on a doorstep with no one was in....this I found upsetting, but by pure luck i managed to trace my parcel down) May Elephant was made as i requested from my old County netball skirt and jacket. This is just what I wanted and care had been taken to sew on the county base which I had also requested to be done. Great thankyou.

My blanket arrived this week and what can I say AMAZING. When i opened the blanket up and saw both my babies clothes being brought back to life brought a tear to my eye. On a couple of the baby grows i asked for certain parts to be kept/added to the blanket and they did just that. Such a wonderful way to keep your precious memories. Thank you LKC for doing such a beautiful job x
The quilt turned out really well and I'm very pleased with the design and workmanship. The finished quilt arrived in good time, well packaged and is presented in a dust bag. I would definitely recommend a friend and will happy to use the service again.

Look very well made and will be a lovely keep sake for my 2 young girls from when their father was away from home.
Really loved my memory bear in memory of my dad. And having the flat cap added was even better as my dad didn't go anywhere without his flat cap on. What a lovely treasure to keep. Thankyou.
Very happy with my memory bear in memory of my mum. My only comment is maybe better to have used a darker yellow embroidery colour for wording on foot. Although bear in light yellow the wording was light so not clear to see from afar or in photos. Other than this I'm very happy with it. Thankyou.

Great product - I'd suggest including only the relevant card inside (e.g. birth or bereavement). Both are powerful reasons to use the product - but to give as gifts, the more relevant leaflet would be ideal. Thanks, Alexander

Using our little ones baby clothes and how you used them was truly amazing and very unique to us. I wrote a precise request for construction as the bears I ordered were memory bears made with my late mothers clothes for my children . The requests were followed exactly and the bears will be treasured for ever. The only blip was a days late delivery (after a message giving a delivery time the day before) which caused panic that they were lost. All resolved though
Third memory bear purchased since March. Two for dad and one for Grandad. Superbly made. Cannot fault the service.
