I purchased the bear at the end of March and it arrived in June. This took a little longer than expected but it is completely justified when you see the finished product; it’s perfect. The company rang me early on to check spelling and then got back to me extremely quickly when I had a question about shipping. I’d highly recommend their service and I will be definitely using them again if we have baby n.o 2!

I ordered the flat cap bear as my grandad always wore his flat cap! It is amazing quality and I am so pleased. Amazing customer service. I wanted to use his flat cap in which the lovely staff recommend switching to a large bear which would fit the cap without having to altering! Came in good time and I am so happy.

We ordered a memory bear made from some of my mums clothes, after she passed away. The bear took a few weeks to be made, but it was clear on receiving it why it had taken so long. The attention to detail was absolutely outstanding ans truly stunning. The clothes we sent in had pictures of birds and dragonflies and other motifs, which had been used so well and really thought out with the placemnt, so that pictures were clear and symmetrical as much as they could be. The jewelled top that we sent in was made into a pocket on the front of the bear too. We were all blown away by what a beautiful job had been produced.
