Our Christening gowns are a wonderful and very special way to repurpose and recycle your wedding dress. We can create a truly unique christening gown, or reflect the design of the original dress. A great deal of care and hand stitching goes into these items, which are delivered in our beautiful clear lidded presentation boxes. A wonderful way to reuse your dress and create a treasured family heirloom.
Our memory bears and keepsake dolls are made from your dress, using the special detailing as much as we can. We always welcome your thoughts or requests on which parts you'd like to include - simply let us know in the 'Special Instructions' at the checkout. Your bear or doll is lovingly handmade by our team and we take the utmost care with any items you send us. The bear can be made in two sizes, standard which is approximately 30cm tall and large which is approximately 40cm tall.
Transform your old wedding dress into a beautiful blanket. The wedding package includes either a bear or a doll, with a large blanket. The blankets are edged and backed in lovely soft cream fleece. The size varies slightly but they generally come up about 120cm x 100cm. The blanket features a panel with some delightful personalised embroidery. Why not commemorate the date of your wedding, or you and your partner's names.
Wedding dress donations are a wonderful way to pass on your preloved gown to another bride in need. The Wish For A Wedding charity provides one last wish of a wedding for couples dealing with a terminal illness. They can achieve this partly through generous donations from brides who choose to donate their bridal gown. Also, any donated dresses that are not used after 12 months will be turned into burial gowns for babies that are sadly no longer with us.
