Couldn't have been an easier process. I absolutely love my blanket, I paid for a quick turnaround and it came within the time frame specified on the website. I emailed for an update and they were happy to provide one. Blanket very well made and I couldn't have imagined to be any better. I was absolutely thrilled when it arrived.

There was a mix up at the start of my order as I ordered two bears but only received one printable posting label, this was sorted immediately and they rang me to ensure all was ok. Had this made as a gift for my sister as we recently list our father, and the service from the start was wonderful, really helpful. Had 4 memory bears made for grandchildren made from my husbands shirts they arrived within time I had been told that they would be ready . I am so pleased with them they are more than I could have wished for they came in a lovely presentation box and I can’t wait to see my grandchildren’s faces on Christmas Day they loved their grandad and I know they will cherish them forever. Great service from start to finish I added on extra delivery and priority to be made as I missed the Xmas slot, it was super easy and not any issue. Everything I asked was done and the keepsakes are all just amazing.
