I did not need my bear for Christmas so waited until after the holiday season to email to ask if LKC had any idea when he would be delivered. I was told within the next couple of days and he was indeed with me the day after next.
My bear is beautifully made, very good use of materials and he has a reallylovely face. I'm delighted with my bear and he will be treasured.

Wow wow wow, my weighted monkey arrived this morning and to say I’m happy with it is a massive understatement he is sooo beautifully made, well worth the wait! The product itself was beautiful, my only reason for giving 4 stars was that the polo shirt I wanted on the bear wasn't made exactly like the original. I know its a small point but the original had a white backing where the buttons were so if the shirt was unbuttoned you saw a flash of white. However, the finished product didnt incl.ude this. I am sure if I ever used this service again I would write and be very specific that I wanted the shirt to be identical at the neck and I am sure they would have made sure that happened.
I brought this as a gift for my daughters school friend after losing her mum to cancer, it was better than expected with fantastic details and swift delivery. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Merry. Would highly recommend to everyone looking for a sentimental gift.
