The bear is of excellent quality and had it been my first purchase I would probably not be so critical. With previous purchase all unused items were returned and some of the pieces used weren't as I'd imagined. On the whole I would recommend and considering the work involved the delivery was reasonably quick.
This is the third time I have used Love Keep Create for my families personalised gifts and just like the previous two times the service was amazing. The final products always exceed my expectations when they are returned to me, as you can clearly see the care that has been taken to produce them. The mailing has never been an issue and communication throughout when items are received and the product is ready is very much appreciated. Instructions were easy to follow on how many items to send and how to send them. Delivery was on time - they advise how long it will take when ordering so you know when to expect it! Kept up to date via email as to when it was coming. Item is fantastic, decent quality, creative and plenty of stuffing to make it super cuddly! We love both of the items we have and would recommend to anyone for a sentimental gift!
The item is so much bigger than we expected! We love it! It’s put together so well and there is plenty of stuffing to make it full and cuddly! We sent in an item of clothing which had a foxes face on it and it was what our daughter wore when we took her home from hospital - we LOVE how the team has cut it out and used it in our Cat so it’s like he’s wearing a badge… fantastic imagination from the team and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out!
when you place your order the instructions are easy to follow to make sure you’re sending enough items / material. Delivery and courier service was quick and again easy to package up and send. Our Cat arrived and we absolutely love it, the team have gone above and beyond with how they have put the pieces of clothing together! We now have one for our boy (who was born 5lb 13 so the clothes we sent in were tiny!) and he’s now 4, and one for our daughter who is almost 2 - perfect keepsakes for us and then when they’re older!
Was a bit surprised how big the squares are. Maybe I should have looked at the size. Got used to now. Just wished they were just a bit smaller.

Service very good, although it took 5 weeks to receive the item you can see it has been made with a lot of skill; thought and care. Excellent instructions for packing up clothes to send off. Embroidery on the monkey is excellent.
