Great small business. The website is so easy to use and customer service was very quick to reply to my email when I first contacted them with a couple of questions. Will certainly use it again.
Included a class photo and it was managed to be incorporated into the cushion. Swift replies on Facebook/email to any questions i had. Would definitely recommend

The service I received from start to finish was excellent. I had to contact the company . The bear I wanted was for 30th birthday. The item of clothing was a denim shirt which I had when I was found out i was pregnant with my daughter and used for several years after.. I wanted rainbow on the paw to remember the baby’s I had lost and she was my rainbow baby and I thought it would be special because that was 30 years ago . I would totally recommend the company and the products they produce but if you have idea just email and they will help if they can
I bought 2 of the bears for my children following their grandma, my mother passing in feb. The quality of the bears is amazing, so well made and the children adore them. They followed my few instructions to the letter to make the bears individual for each child. Cannot recommend these enough, beautiful creations which will be cherished forever. Thank you.

It was such an easy process from start to finish. The website is easy to use with lots of choice, although it was hard to choose from all the amazing products. If you had a query always received a quick response. Clear instructions given as to how to send clothing and how much would be needed. Order arrived in plenty of time.

Super helpful and extremely friendly! Gave me lots of support even when my clothing parcel got sent back to me, and I panicked because I wanted it back for a certain date but we managed it in the end and I'm super greatful!

We sent a collection of my mum's beloved polka dot Indian clothes to love keep create. The blankets we got back are an amazing reminder of our mum and will be treasured forever.
It took me a long time to part with my little ones baby clothes but I knew I couldnt keep them forever. I had seen a friend of mine use Love Keep Create to make a memory bear and absolutely loved the idea so made the decision to create one for both of my children and i couldnt be happier that i did. I was super nervous sending my recently passed mothers clothes but everything was fine
I ordered a keepsake for the first few weeks of my daughter’s life which were over Christmas - so sent her newborn Christmas onsies. I left a note explaining which were my favourite and which I didn’t mind the team not using. Not only did the team manage to use all my items, they were so thoughtful with the placement of each item, such as using fluffy items for the paws and head, creating the most incredibly special product. I genuinely felt emotional opening it and looking at all the details they had included. A truly amazing keepsake which will be treasured her whole life, photos don’t do it justice.
Whilst it does take a while for your personalised item - the team work within the clear guidelines set out when purchasing and kept their promise with timescales. Everything was exactly as advertised and I felt reassured knowing my items had arrived when receiving the update email. I was thrilled to receive my package via a quick postage service and it was wrapped beautifully. They obviously take great pride in the service they provide.
