The grooms bear and wedding dress bear I ordered were amazing. They look great together. They are a great comfort to me as I lost my husband last September. Thank you I will definitely be ordering from here again.

We sent a collection of my mum's beloved polka dot Indian clothes to love keep create. The blankets we got back are an amazing reminder of our mum and will be treasured forever.

I ordered a keepsake for the first few weeks of my daughter’s life which were over Christmas - so sent her newborn Christmas onsies. I left a note explaining which were my favourite and which I didn’t mind the team not using. Not only did the team manage to use all my items, they were so thoughtful with the placement of each item, such as using fluffy items for the paws and head, creating the most incredibly special product. I genuinely felt emotional opening it and looking at all the details they had included. A truly amazing keepsake which will be treasured her whole life, photos don’t do it justice.
Whilst it does take a while for your personalised item - the team work within the clear guidelines set out when purchasing and kept their promise with timescales. Everything was exactly as advertised and I felt reassured knowing my items had arrived when receiving the update email. I was thrilled to receive my package via a quick postage service and it was wrapped beautifully. They obviously take great pride in the service they provide.

Delighted with how the creative team used my loved one’s precious clothing to make this bear. I opted for the small pocket for ashes keepsake. The paws personalisation in navy thread is beautiful too. Highly recommend this item to others dealing with loss. Item is super clean and soft to hold. The limbs have adorable wooden buttons that allow movement. Item safely dispatched and excellent postal comms. I have recommended LKC to family.
The personalisation included my loved one’s name embroidered on the back of the beautiful miniature version of his shirt, which looked lovely in navy thread. Delightful bear with ribbon, gifted to my grandson and will be useful to talk about our loss one day.
I found the ordering of my 2 bears quite emotional, yet the LKC process on line ‘held my hand’ and encouraged me gently forward. Their on line guide to posting precious clothing was reassuring. The resulting teddies are gorgeous and worth every penny. The creation team had read my special instructions and used my favourite parts of the shirts, they did such a good job it made me cry in a good way! Highly recommend LKC to others.
I finally got round to having this Lion made and I couldn’t be happier. Fantastic service from initial order and to a quicker than expected delivery. The website is easy to use, the Lion was how I expected and very well packaged. It’s a beautifully made item and I would highly recommend.

We are thrilled with our bear, created in loving memory of my late husband as a gift for our son. He arrived only 5 weeks after placing the order, in a special cloth bag, safely packaged for comfort on his journey. I spent a long time thinking about my order and made some enquiries before placing it. The staff I spoke to were very helpful. When I placed my order they confirmed receipt of clothing (sent by special delivery) and turnaround time was 5 weeks. I didn't expect to receive my order before Christmas but our bear made it to Santa's sleigh in time and we are thrilled with him. Thank you so much.
