We love the work completed on Teddy. He’s a fourth generation toy. He looks renovated! We also love our teddy made from my son’s baby grows. Such great workmanship and great care was taken for both products with our precious items.

The bear was made for my daughter from the jacket that belonged to her Dad, who died in July this year. It is beautifully made and the face is really sweet. We really like the way the limbs have been attached with buttons but are moveable and it is the perfect size to cuddle. Overall wonderful workmanship, excellent customer service and a really fast turnaround. Thank you so much. Have posted a photo on Facebook. My only negative was about the courier. I had asked that the package be put in the one of the sheds at the side of the house as I knew we were going to be out when he was delivered. Instead it was left on our back step on a damp day, where thwre was no protection.

The blanket and dragon were superb. The site was easy to use and customer service excellent. There was a slight problem with the courier delivering to the wrong address but it arrived early. I would recommend them to anyone who wants something to remember a loved one.

This owl is lovely.the craftsmanship is wonderful and it's very sweet. However, having previously purchased a monkey a couple of years ago, I was slightly disappointed with this second item for the following reasons. 1/ it is quite small. The last item was quite large. 2/ it came in a little bag. The previous monkey had come in a lovely presentation box with a window. 3/ the keepsakes are for siblings and are significantly different in size and presentation. I'll have some very awkward questions to answer in a few years!!

This is our 2nd baby grow bear we bought our 1st 3 years ago for our daughter and now to have our sons bear too we just love them and will always treasure them.
