A beautiful keep sake that I will treasure forever. A couple of the baby grows I sent had writing on and it is clear that it was so cleverly thought about in terms of where each baby grow should go on the bear.
Really clear instructions on the website. I appreciate you are very busy but due to long wait times between ordering and receiving the product, maybe you could send update emails to the customer, stating the stage of the product. Could be cute like - adding stuffing! Just keeps the customer in the loop
The bear it’s self is just lovely, couldn’t have asked for anything better. The service is great, I had extra requests which love keep create seemed more than happy to accommodate. They were fast with answering any queries and have met every request I had perfectly. They worked very quickly and I had my item in an even shorter time than expected. I was scared to send a loved ones clothes off to be worked with but I’m very happy I did and would tell anyone else to do it too!!
My daughter loves her teddy and is only 4 months. She instantly talks (baby talk) to it and laughs every time she sees her. I can’t wait until she’s older to explain it’s all her newborn baby grows! Absolutely gorgeous perfect forever keepsake. So soft and way bigger than I thought. Saving her clothes now for a blanket to be made! XxxX
Excellent communication, kept up to date at all times with the progress and the postage. Packaging was fine and arrived when stated. Also one outfit now used and returned which I’m happy about as I’ll keep that .. it was her first outfit I bought her but could not be used due to tutu on the outfit.
This is the second Love Keep Create bear that I have ordered and once again I am thrilled with my purchase. The quality is excellent and such a wonderful keepsake for my granddaughter. I would have awarded 5 stars but was a little disappointed that the bear did not arrive in a presentation gift box as my previously ordered bear had. The cotton drawstring bag that has replaced the box although nice does not have the same impact as the box. However I was informed by seller that they are having problems with the supply of the boxes which come from China. Another impact from Covid 19 I expect (or Brexit!) I will be ordering again soon for my latest granddaughter - please can we have the boxes back again soon! Thank you
