Ordered several products, the latest is probably my most favourite! Had a bear made for my daughters 18th from a bundle of her baby clothes I had kept. I gave the team a shed load of my dad's clothes, asking if they could incorporate a bit of each into it. They went above and beyond to make just the bear I wanted. They listen to your specific requests, and it is made to such a high standard. I cannot believe how symmetrical/neat the product is, and firm too...all from scrap clothes!
