The product itself was beautiful, my only reason for giving 4 stars was that the polo shirt I wanted on the bear wasn't made exactly like the original. I know its a small point but the original had a white backing where the buttons were so if the shirt was unbuttoned you saw a flash of white. However, the finished product didnt incl.ude this. I am sure if I ever used this service again I would write and be very specific that I wanted the shirt to be identical at the neck and I am sure they would have made sure that happened.
I brought this as a gift for my daughters school friend after losing her mum to cancer, it was better than expected with fantastic details and swift delivery. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Merry. Would highly recommend to everyone looking for a sentimental gift.

My son had numerous football shirts that are made from the stretchy dri fit material and I did worry that they may not stitch very well together but they did!! We placed our order putting inside detailed instructions of where to cut and what was to be included bearing in mind we had lots of logos to include and club names . it was simple to parcel up and take to the shop for collection by courier everything was tracked bearing in mind there are precious garments enclosed. When it arrived we were informed it arrived safely and we just had to wait for it to be made. We met the deadline to have it made by Christmas and true to their promise it arrived in time. My son is over the moon with it. So many memories that now can be recalled . It is placed on his bed and he just loves it. I would most certainly trust this company with other treasures to make into memories.
