Great service. Blanket arrived in a decent time for the work it would have taken.
I bought one of these 7 years ago for my eldest child and the quality has continued through to now when I have purchased for my youngest. I would say between the blanket and sending the clothes securely, it is expensive, but it is a good quality product which cannot be replaced. The cost may put others off though.

We sadly lost our daughter after 22 days unexpectedly, and it was so hard to send her baby grows away as this was all we had for memories. When our memory blanket arrived ,I burst into tears! Can’t thank the team enough, I adore my bear.. when my Grandad passed I knew I wanted something keepsake to remember him.. my sister got a bear too and as soon as I saw it I knew I wanted one too! I’ll be forever grateful and will treasure it for the rest of my life… the bear is so well done I can’t fault anything at all. They even sent me a jumper back as they didn’t need as many clothes as I sent so just an amazing thing these guys do, will recommend a hundred times over… I work with a lot of elderly people and I showed all my clients as I just love it so much and every single one of them said how amazing and sentimental it is!
