Very happy with my memory bear in memory of my mum. My only comment is maybe better to have used a darker yellow embroidery colour for wording on foot. Although bear in light yellow the wording was light so not clear to see from afar or in photos. Other than this I'm very happy with it. Thankyou.
Great product - I'd suggest including only the relevant card inside (e.g. birth or bereavement). Both are powerful reasons to use the product - but to give as gifts, the more relevant leaflet would be ideal. Thanks, Alexander

I wrote a precise request for construction as the bears I ordered were memory bears made with my late mothers clothes for my children . The requests were followed exactly and the bears will be treasured for ever. The only blip was a days late delivery (after a message giving a delivery time the day before) which caused panic that they were lost. All resolved though

From start to Receipt of our Memory Dog, I have been impressed by the customer service, contact has been prompt and enquiries dealt with in a professional but kindly manner. Very well made and excellent finishes you just couldn't buy any better than this was very well pack came with its own we cotton bag we asked for the one with a voice box so you can record your own message inside I am sending this beautiful Tartan Bear which was made from one of my late mothers Blazers she used to wear when she visited my sister in Australia and with the voice box we were able to record my mother saying I Love You from a video that we had so it all brought a few tears and I can imagine my sister will be the same when she receives this as a special 70th Birthday present again we can't thank lovekeepcreate.co enough for the care and attention to detail it was exactly what we want and a great price for the work that has been put into making our special Bear
