Our lovely personalised teddy bears are a lovely gift or keepsake, and a great way to remember a treasured shirt that you can't bear to part with. Whether bought as a gift for a special occasion, or to remember someone who's no longer with us, this memory bear is guaranteed to be treasured forever.
For this bear, we must have an item with a collar and buttons so we can make a matching shirt for your bear. Whether it's mummy daddy's old work shirt, or grandad's favourite shirt that brings back memories, we can make one that looks just like it.
In the back of the bear is a small pocket which can be used for a variety of purposes. If you've bought the bear to remember a loved one, a small amount of their ashes can be kept in a little box there, so they're always close by. Or maybe you want to store another keepsake, such as a lock of hair or a first tooth?
You can also choose to add one of our sound inserts - this is a removable and re-recordable sound device, shaped like a heart. You can record a message which is played back whenever the device is squeezed. The device is approximately 6.5cm across and can be recorded over as many times as you like.
This is a wonderful way to treasure special messages from loved ones, for the sound of heartbeats or any other treasured recording.
The bear is 30cm tall.
How It Works - Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with postage instructions for your item of clothing - remember it must have a collar and buttons. Please follow the instructions! It is really important to make sure the order reference and a senders address is on the outside of the parcel.

The product itself was beautiful, my only reason for giving 4 stars was that the polo shirt I wanted on the bear wasn't made exactly like the original. I know its a small point but the original had a white backing where the buttons were so if the shirt was unbuttoned you saw a flash of white. However, the finished product didnt incl.ude this. I am sure if I ever used this service again I would write and be very specific that I wanted the shirt to be identical at the neck and I am sure they would have made sure that happened.

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout.

We cannot accept personalised items back unless they are actually faulty. Please note that there is a wide variation in how the keepsakes come out, due to the very different natures of the fabrics we receive and the final item may well not look exactly like the pictures on our product pages. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch straight away to discuss it.
Non personalised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund of the goods less the original delivery charges. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office.
