I bought a keepsake bear for my wife, as a Christmas present. The item was turned around within the specified timeframe and when it arrived, it was perfect. They followed my instructions fully and placed several items, of extreme sentimental value, exactly where I asked them for o be placed. The bear will form the biggest part of my wife’s Christmas gifts and it is so very well made, it will last for years to come. We wanted to buy this for our mothers Christmas, as she lost her life long friend/husband, our dad in the summer. We paid premium to have it processed quickly. We posted our clothes on the Tuesday, they received them and made and dispatched the bear on the Wednesday and we received him on Friday. He's perfect, well made and just what we wanted. Love it ❤

Although the Keepsake Bear arrived slightly late, the customer service was impeccable. When it arrived, it was well packed and protected. As I have purchased from Love Keep Create in the past I would definitely recommend any of their products.

A Fantastic Service, top marks for the person who thought of such a wonderful idea. As 25 years after my sons death (aged 16) I sent Love Keep Create some of my son's clothes to be made into a Bear & Dog. When I look at them it brings back Happy Memories of his and his brothers childhood.
