I had a great experience with love keep create, they allowed me to extend my voucher by a week, the instructions on how to send the clothes were very clear, and the options to have spares sent back is very thoughtful. The only negative I would mention is that you have to pay for postage of the clothes which is a little disappointing when the pŕoducts are already fairly costly.

I can't begin to tell you all how beautiful the 3 teddy bears are. They have been so professionally made and great care taken with design and colour coordination. They are just PERFECT. From first enquiry through to delivery the customer service experience has been exceptional. I am one very happy Nana who is going to see some very happy faces when they get their teddy made from Papa's clothes.
