Sent my items away at the beginning of lockdown. They took 3 months to arrive but special effort was made to ensure i received my items before Fathers Day (as one was a gift) and as promised it arrived on time. Absolutely beautiful bear, we are so pleased with how it came out! My daughter was born very premature so I was worried that I wouldn’t have enough clothes for the big bear. However I really wanted it to weigh the same as her birth weight. I contacted LKC to see if there was any way that the small bear could be weighted, I was absolutely delighted when they said it could be as she only weighed 1lb9oz. Not only do LKC make the most beautiful keepsakes, they also have excellent customer service, cannot recommend these bears/this company enough.

I am so happy with my bear, I was very nervous sending off my later grandfather's clothes. I'm an over thinker and I started to worry I wouldn't like it but oh my god it's the best thing I have ever done, something I can treasure of my grandad for the rest of my life and then pass down to my daughter.
