I lost my stepfather of 34 years in April, I ordered 4 Bears , one for each of my 2 adult daughters, one for my mum and one for myself, they are so well made, I could not believe just how great they were, my daughters were both given theirs last week for their birthdays, my mum is yet to receive hers but I’m sure there will be tears as there was with us xx communication was great all the way through the process of the order, thank you very much, they will be treasured forever x

Loved the fact that they communicated the fact that due to Covid-19 they were a little behind on delivery times, even though it only turned out to be two weeks late, excellent quality of work.

Excellent service. Arrived within the timescale they stated and in a lovely presentation box.
Fab service I sent off my daughters favorite zipper to be made into cushion and I was notified when it was received and again notified when dispatched. My daughter passed away a few months aged 26 while in labour with her son so I needed to know the zipper would be handled and cared for.
