Very efficient, friendly service. The bear came beautifully wrapped in a gift sack ready for presenting. Communication regarding delivery times etc was 1st class.

The order process was easy and I was kept updated when the clothing arrived and when the product was ready to be sent back. I was worried it might not arrive in time for Christmas as I posted right at the last minute for Christmas delivery but it arrived in time and was wonderfully made

Delivery was a little delayed as payed for express delivery,, I did have to email a couple times and phoned , but with Christmas and the current situation with Covid I can totally understand and in normal times don’t think this would be a problem , but once dispatched was delivered very quickly .
