Really clear instructions on the website. I appreciate you are very busy but due to long wait times between ordering and receiving the product, maybe you could send update emails to the customer, stating the stage of the product. Could be cute like - adding stuffing! Just keeps the customer in the loop
Excellent communication, kept up to date at all times with the progress and the postage. Packaging was fine and arrived when stated. Also one outfit now used and returned which I’m happy about as I’ll keep that .. it was her first outfit I bought her but could not be used due to tutu on the outfit.

The website was very clear about all costs. I was given a date by which the product would be delivered which was on time.
I ordered a memory quilt to be made out of my mum's favourite/most worn clothing after she passed away, with a message stitched into one of the squares that she sent me. Of course, I was worried about trusting a company I had never used before with something so precious and some people thought I was crazy when they found out how much I paid for it, but let me tell you... This company keep in touch with me from start to end, they double checked my order and they double checked the message i wanted stitched into it before they done it. They were kind and helpful. They responded extremely fast to emails. They let me know when they started making her blanket. Then they informed me of when they had sent it. They sent it on a Thursday afternoon and it was with me in Essex by 8:30am the very next morning. I was speechless when i opened it. I couldn't quite believe how they had made something so beautiful and sentimental for me. The passion, time and care they put into making this blanket is unique and nothing mass manufactured can even begin to compare to this blanket. It is one of a kind and I have the only one. Even my Dad and Sister were blown away, wanted photos and cried when they saw it. I would have paid triple of what I did had they asked me for it after seeing the end result. I can not thank you enough because you have given me something that I didn't even know I wanted or could have until I stumbled across your company on Google. You have no idea how important the work is that you do for people like me and what I have been through.
