Fantastic communication and updates from the LKC team and so helpful - the first time I used them for a Christmas keepsake a few years ago, we were due to be away and they were such a great help in being able to update the address to my in-laws so that it was there in time for my LO's first Christmas. Second time around and having another bear done for my youngest, they once again went above and beyond to keep me updated and assist with my request to mirror the style of my eldest's bear! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone to use them.

Amazing service from start to finish. I lived the option to have the sleep suits picked up from my door as it made feel secure that they were being looked after. The blanket and the bear also arrived on my babies 1st birthday which was such a lovely surprise and heart warming touch.
