I found the website very easy to navigate and found exactly what I was looking for quickly. From the moment I placed my order and sent off my items for creation I was kept informed. My Memory Bear arrived earlier than anticipated and this was a bonus to have received it before Christmas. My Memory Bear arrived well packaged and in his own little carry bag. The bear is exceptional quality and very, very well made. I love the button joint arms and legs, the embroidered details on his feet and the lovely heart nose. In fact I just love everything. It was also nice to receive a card showing the Love Keep Create team responsible for the making of my Memory Bear.

After losing two babies and having my rainbow baby I knew I wanted to keep some baby clothes and make them into something special. So glad I found this company as they took such good care of the clothes and you can really see it’s been made with care. I’m over the moon with the teddy bear. Thank you so much. The website was easy to use and delivery was exactly 4 weeks from when they received the clothes.

I ordered 3 bears made from my late husband’s clothes 😔🙏🏼 one for me and one each for my girls, I cried when i opened them 🙏🏼 I absolutely love them and I’m sure my girls will too when then get them for Christmas. Such a lovely company too 🙏🏼 I emailed over the exact details that I wanted which parts of which shirts ect to use on each bear, they emailed back just to confirm my order was correct before they made the bears. It’s touches like that that make a company worth buying from and returning too in the future 🙏🏼 can’t recommend them highly enough thank you 🙏🏼
