After my father in law passed I wanted to take his favourite t-shirts into a keepsake for my mother in law. I was a little anxious about sending these precious items away but I spoke with a lovely lady at at love keep create who put my mind at ease and assured me of the options available including Royal Mail pick up from my address. The sending of the T-shirts went smoothly and I got all the tracking updates. The blanket was then delivered and looked amazing, it was exactly as described as a single duvet size, you tell real care and attention had gone into it and we absolutely love it, the backing material was chosen by the team and it was perfect, it has really brought these t-shirts back to life - the return shipping was slick an within the 4-6week time frame. I ordered three cushions for my partner and his sisters using ties from their late father. The cushions arrived and were simply beautiful and will be treasured by them all. Prior to this, these ties were shoved in a bag at the back of a cupboard and now they can take pride of place in their homes and preserve precious memories for them all! You clearly took good care of the ties that were sent and the method of getting them to you and receive them back was safe, secure and tracked. We are thrilled with the end product - a weighted bear for our daughter to cherished forever.
