Lovely keepsake. Could not be happier.
10/10 kept upto date throughout the whole process from receiving my items to letting me know when you had started to returning the finished product.
Great service once again, regular contact and updates and advice given. The only issue I had was with the delivery company (out with your control).
When I did finally receive my Love to create Elephant it was perfect. (I did however experience trouble with my delivery the company used DPD didn't deliver to the correct address and left my Elephant parcel on a doorstep with no one was in....this I found upsetting, but by pure luck i managed to trace my parcel down) May Elephant was made as i requested from my old County netball skirt and jacket. This is just what I wanted and care had been taken to sew on the county base which I had also requested to be done. Great thankyou.

Absolutely gorgeous bears, I now have a Mam memory bear to go with my Dad bear. They mean so much to me and I want to thank everyone involved in the making of them. They are beautifully made with love and care. I will cherish my bears forever. I've even put them both in the back seat of the car when we go out for a run lol?.
