I loved my memory bear so much, I decided to get a second one made using the leftover clothing from the first one. Beautifully made and will be a Christmas present to my mother.
I ordered a keepsake monkey in 2013 for my first child and now I have one for my second in 2021! The quality hasn’t changed in the slightest, in fact I’d say the design of this one is even better. I love how the colours and patterns were balanced - it is such a wonderful, sentimental treasure to have for both of my daughters. Whoever makes these is an artist! THANK YOU!!!!
The customer service was amazing the bears were much better than I could ever imagined, the attention to detail is fantastic , I have ordered two more bears and two bunny rabbits plus 3 memory cushions , I have more ideas I will definitely be ordering more after Xmas , I recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about bears cushions etc,

Really happy with the 2 caterpillars for my 2 little boys. You can tell a lot of thought goes into choosing which parts of the baby grows go where on the caterpillar. They are gorgeous and great keepsakes
Easy to order and kept informed throughout. I absolutely love the dog you made us from Busters blankets and he is sat in pride of place on his chair. He was obviously made with a lot of thought and great attention to detail following my design requests. Love him.

I was worried about sending clothes off that couldn't be replaced but the end product was amazing. The scout stuff had been hanging around for years with no real purpose but didn't want to get rid. It looks amazing, it keeps the badges and labels that I wanted and now it can be displayed instead of stuffed in a box.

Totally amazed by how much detail you managed to retain from the items of clothing I sent in. You have captured all the lovely details eg the dungaree straps and buttons and all the little embroidered motifs. The quality of your work is outstanding.
