Delighted with our baby clothes memory bear 2025, it’s even more special than our original in 2018! We didn’t think we’d feel like that! Some of the simple touches goes a long way! Really happy as I was 7 years ago with the quality, service and overall approach by the company!

I found the website easy to navigate and Love Keep Create were so helpful when I questioned how much material to send for my bear. Once ordered and material sent they confirmed receipt of the same. I was then able to contact them to change delivery address to Australia. I was emailed to advise it was posted The product arrived and loved by the recipient.
When I ordered I made a mistake and they were so helpful in getting my order set right. The entire process was easy and they were very friendly, kind and accommodating. The clothes were picked up and shipped in a timely manner. The bears arrived when they were supposed to and I am so happy with this company and the customers support they provided.

I can't speak highly enough for the customer service from Love Keep Create. After sending off my clothing I emailed to ensure that each bear was made from a separate item of clothing. I received an email acknowledgement advising that they would keep an eye out for the clothing and would put a note on the parcel when it arrived. We were also in the process of moving address and I received a phone call the day before the items were due to be despatched to double check where the items were to be sent. The items arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service from start to finish - highly recommend.

From placing the order to receiving the beautiful bear I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful business. In what has been a difficult time of losing my beautiful mum a glimmer of light has been shone by receiving my beautiful memorial bear made from some of my mums special clothes that have huge sentimental value. The bear is lovingly made to a very high quality with beautiful buttons saying made with love fir each of the arm & leg joints. The tine frame provided was true to what it said. The bear arrived in its own cotton dust bag for extra protection. Lots of happy tears cane on opening my beautiful bear. I contacted them prior to ordering as I was placing a very important order for a Christmas present for a little boy who lost his dad, thy were amazing from start to finish. Promptly replying to messages and calling to update me, can’t fault them. The trex we ordered arrived in the time frame quoted and is beautifully made. I cannot tell you how much this beautiful blanket means to me. My Mum passed away in April (I called her ‘my Barbo’ as a term of endearment). I had tried to find someone in my local area to make a ‘Barbo blanket’ for me (in Northern Ireland) unsuccessfully. I found this wonderful company from a Google search. I was that delighted to find it, I placed the order in such a hurry, I ended up ordering a slightly different product to the one I wanted. When I realised, I contacted Amber, and she couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. The instructions for sending the items were very clear, and the order updates were very helpful. I don’t know how to thank the team at LKC; they were so helpful throughout what was also an emotionally difficult process. They checked that my clothes had arrived safely when I was panicking they had been lost. They went back and forward with the design team to decide on the size of the blanket I could have based on the items of clothing I sent. They must have been sick of seeing my emails by the time my order was ready to be sent back out to me!!! You can tell the team are dedicated to what they do, and I wouldn’t think twice about using their services again in the future.

The blankets you made in memory of my husband for m two grandsons were incredible. They were perfectly made and the backing and trims were perfect too. How you placed and used my husband’s clothes was so creative . They turned out absolutely beautiful and were very well received on Christmas Day . After much searching online I chose 'Love Keep Create' to make 3 memory bears from my late partners clothes. I was so nervous about the end result and hoped that his daughters and I would like them.
