We wanted to buy this for our mothers Christmas, as she lost her life long friend/husband, our dad in the summer. We paid premium to have it processed quickly. We posted our clothes on the Tuesday, they received them and made and dispatched the bear on the Wednesday and we received him on Friday. He's perfect, well made and just what we wanted. Love it ❤
