I had two large bears made. One with my little boys clothes & one with my little girls. They’re both beautiful. They paid attention to my notes about my favourite items & managed to include all the outfits I’d sent. They’re a great size too.
I received an email once my items had arrived safely, which I really appreciated. That gave me the timescales to expect. I then received an email when my bears were being dispatched back to me.
My aunt got a bear made from her late husbands scarf and hat after my recommendation he is gorgeous and given her great comfort thanks again.

I can't begin to tell you all how beautiful the 3 teddy bears are. They have been so professionally made and great care taken with design and colour coordination. They are just PERFECT. From first enquiry through to delivery the customer service experience has been exceptional. I am one very happy Nana who is going to see some very happy faces when they get their teddy made from Papa's clothes.
