Excellent service. I wasn't sure if the company would find the material suitable. After ringing and sending photographs of the clothes concerned, I had a very prompt reply that they could proceed with my order. I was then kept informed of progress. I was absolutely delighted when bear arrived- he surpassed my expectations!! The seamstresses are so talented and I cannot praise them enough. I have recommended the company to a friend and she is currently in the process of having 2 bears made. These products are a wonderful momento- in my case, bear is a gorgeous tribute to my departed and dearly loved mum., I really cannot thank this company enough.

Unfortunately I lost my Grandad in October and wanted to have a keepsake bear made using a couple of his jumpers. The process was so easy and my bear is absolutely perfect. I had a great experience with love keep create, they allowed me to extend my voucher by a week, the instructions on how to send the clothes were very clear, and the options to have spares sent back is very thoughtful. The only negative I would mention is that you have to pay for postage of the clothes which is a little disappointing when the pŕoducts are already fairly costly.
