This is the second memory bear I have had made and both have been made to the highest standard. They are beautiful and will be treasured. These lovely ladies make these bears with a lot of love and care, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The whole process is easy with them keeping you informed of everything from beginning to end. Bought for my mum, she called my dad(her husband) Papa (we all did! So pleased with the product ? would definitely recommend adding the inner cushion as it is a perfect fit and really fills the cushion out brilliantly. If you were to buy your own it may not fill it out as well!
