Our 'ready to go' bear is the perfect gift for someone for any occasion - it could be a birthday, anniversary, or just to let them know you're thinking of them. At 30cm tall, each bear is incredibly fluffy and beautifully stuffed, this bear is something they can treasure forever.
In the back of the bear is a small pocket which can be used for a variety of purposes. If you've bought the bear to remember a loved one, a small amount of their ashes can be kept in a little box there, so they're always close by. Or maybe you want to store another keepsake, such as a lock of hair or a first tooth?
You can also choose to add one of our sound inserts - this is a removable and re-recordable sound device, shaped like a heart. You can record a message which is played back whenever the device is squeezed. The device is approximately 6.5cm across and can be recorded over as many times as you like.
This is a wonderful way to treasure special messages from loved ones, for the sound of heartbeats or any other treasured recording.

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery
We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated at the checkout.

We cannot accept personalised items back unless they are actually faulty. Please note that there is a wide variation in how the keepsakes come out, due to the very different natures of the fabrics we receive and the final item may well not look exactly like the pictures on our product pages. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch straight away to discuss it.
Non personalised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund of the goods less the original delivery charges. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office.
